DIGITAL AUDIO PRODUCTS
All audio products are final sale. There are no returns, exchanges or warranties on any audio products once purchased.
MERCHANDISE
Our company guarantees 100% satisfaction on our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase on this website, you may exchange your items for something different within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee only applies to physical merchandise purchased from this website.
Apparel - Due to the nature of clothing, we will replace any garments that are deemed defective as opposed to wear and tear within 30 days of purchase. If use or damage is determined rather than defect, no refunds or replacements will be offered. Brand new means unworn garments in original packaging with all tags intact. If returned items are damaged, smell of fragrances or are in any way not considered brand new, no refund or replacement will be issued.

EXCHANGING A PRODUCT
1. Please contact us by email at info.1600mmediaproductions@gmail.com to obtain a reference number, address to mail back defective items and which items you would like to exchange the defective clothes for.
2. Send the product(s) along with the obtained reference number legibly written on the outside of the shipping box.
3. Be sure to use UPS or USPS shipping services. Also remember to request a tracking number and it is recommended to insure your product.
ONCE PRODUCT(S) ARE RECEIVED
Once your shipment is received and the products are verified, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note it will take some time to process the exchange.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges incurred due to the exchange of new merchandise are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping back to our company for the exchange.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
In the event an order is received back in the warehouse from a carrier as undeliverable, there will be a 15% restocking fee and new shipping charges will be applied before the package is resent.
